Recovering Lost Serial Numbers
To recover a lost serial number you need two things:
  1. The Order Number.
  2. Your Email Address.
  • You can find your order number by entering your email address in the Finding your order number section at the bottom of this page.
  • You can find the serial number by entering the order number, along with your email address, in the OPTIONS section on the top of this page.
